Korra: The Rouge

This was a personal project to learn NPR Shading. Not safe for work Model, I will release a SFW Version eventually.
The eyelids are driven by a red bone that you drag up & down on the Z-Axis & The fingers all work by sliding the red bones in & out from their locked locations.
